We often schedule initial meetings in our showroom so we can learn about what you are hoping to accomplish, take a look at our displays to help with choices, and discuss some approximate project costs. Once we’ve achieved a general scope of work, we then will often visit your home to confirm the information we discussed and finalize a proposal for the project.
You are welcome to contact us by visiting our showroom, submitting a question through our website, emailing us, or calling us to discuss how we might be able to assist you.
When we have figured out all of the details for what you would like to do with your project, we finalize everything by signing a contract. You should know that we have insurance and can provide you documentation if you like. For payments, we accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. We also offer financing through Wells Fargo if you need to take advantage of it.
We handle all of the permitting and work with your municipality to ensure that your project is built to meet and exceed all requirements. After the project, we provide you a lien waiver and warranty paperwork.
We do have a wonderful showroom for folks considering a project to view materials, photos, and discuss options. We are located on Manchester Road between McKnight Road and Brentwood Boulevard. (If you know anything about Rock Hill, you’ll know to drive the speed limit as you get close to our showroom.) There’s someone here to help from 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday. We also offer Saturday hours from 10:00 to 2:00 during the Spring and early Summer months.
We do stay busy with projects year-round. Even though it gets very cold during the winter, this doesn’t prevent us from continuing our projects. In fact, many of our customers are smart enough to plan ahead and schedule projects for the winter time so their deck is there when the nice spring weather rolls around.
No. Despite the not-so-local sounding name, we are not a franchise, but rather, a family-owned and operated small business, open since 1990. The “California” part of our name hopes to stir up a certain warm and relaxing outdoor feel that one might find in California. You have to admit, depending on the time of the year here, “Missouri” Custom Decks doesn’t always evoke that same emotion.
