At California Custom Decks, we are looking for lead carpenters, apprentices, delivery drivers, service techs, office assistants, job processing techs and more.

WE ARE CURRENTLY, searching for new crew members with a positive attitude and willingness to work with others to build decks, gazebos, sunrooms, pergolas in the St. Louis area. Deck builder with experience or apprentice willing to learning a trade is priority with individuals willing to contribute in a variety of ways also welcome.

Full-time work, year-round, including winter. Compensation dependent on level of experience and planned company role ($35k-$60k total compensation annually). Locally-owned, well established company in business 30 years, offering benefits, vacation, paid holidays, tools, apparel. Reliable transportation required. Valid drivers license required. Must be able to pass a background check and have a safe driving record. Resumes welcome, not required.
