We are currently searching for new crew members with a positive attitude and a willingness to work with others to build decks, gazebos, sunrooms, and pergolas in the St. Louis area. Experienced deck builders and apprentices eager to learn a trade are our top priority, but we also welcome individuals willing to contribute in a variety of ways.

This is full-time, year-round employment, including winter work. Compensation depends on experience and role, ranging from $35k–$60k annually. California Custom Decks is a locally owned, well-established company with 30 years in business, offering benefits, vacation, paid holidays, tools, and apparel. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required, along with the ability to pass a background check and maintain a safe driving record. Resumes are welcome but not required.
